Dow Water announces plans for Singapore International Water Week

10 June 2009

Dow Water and Process Solutions, a sponsor of Singapore International Water Week (SIWW), have announced their new product launches and plans for the international water event.

Held in Singapore from 22-26 June, this year's event has a theme of 'Sustainable Communities and Cities - Infrastructure and Technologies for Water'. Dow plan to launch new Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis Elements at SIWW.

Dow will showcase two new FILMTEC™ elements for brackish water treatment, BW30XFR-400/34i and BW30HR-440i, as well as the new DOW™ Ultrafiltration SFP2880 (UF) element. FILMTEC membranes were recognized for the second year in a row as one of the top brands in a Chinawater.net customer satisfaction survey, and SIWW will be the first introduction of FILMTEC BW30XFR to the South Asian and global markets. SIWW Innovation Corner will showcase the new BW30XFR-400/34i & BW30HR-440i RO elements, while the new SFP2880 UF technology will be on display in Dow’s booth #G02.

Dow will also be holding several presentations on their other water projects, including sustainable water desalination, over the course of SIWW.
