Hosted by the Water Environment Federation (WEF), Cities of the Future 2010 will bring together people who share a vision of an improved urban landscape for future generations. Urban River Restoration 2010 will focus on revitalizing urban rivers and waterfronts within the context of the environmental benefits and a population shift back to cities, which leads to a renewed emphasis on a livable urban environment.
The conference is aimed at urban planners and developers, public works directors, architects, city managers, public officials, economists, political scientists, transportation engineers, urban ecologists, scientists, sociologists, and landscape engineers.
